Ruaha Hilltop Lodge – Ruaha National Park
Ruaha Hilltop Lodge stands on the slopes of Ideremle Mountain where the wonderful panoramic views over-looking the vast savannah plains are nothing short of breathtaking. The lodge is located 100km from Iringa and 5km from Tungamalenga village near the boundary of Ruaha National Park, which includes one of Tanzania’s richest concentrations of wild animals, birds, butterflies and plant life. The lodge helps to assist the local community by providing and funding the expansion of a village school alongside other connected activities. In addition, the lodge also actively supports a local young single mothers association, buying their local craft products and helping to market them, and with their own independent shop where these items are for sale.
